A clear path forward.

From the first conversation to a confident handover. Know what happens at every step.

How we work

From first call to handover in five steps.

No engagement starts without a diagnostic and a written scope. No engagement ends without a handover your team can run.

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation to understand the challenge, the outcome you want and whether we are the right fit. No obligation and no sales deck.

Duration: 30 min · Cost: none

Useful preparation

Bring a brief description of the business, the issue and what a useful outcome would look like. Mention any deadlines, budget constraints or previous attempts so the conversation has context.

02

Diagnostic

A short, structured review of the business area in question: interviews, data, process walk-throughs. You receive a written findings summary whether or not you continue.

Duration: 1–2 weeks

A focused review

The purpose is to understand the issue before choosing a solution. Agree the area to review, who should contribute and what existing information is available. Missing or uncertain information should remain visible in the findings.

03

Proposal & agreement

A fixed-scope proposal with deliverables, timeline, fees and what we need from you. Everything is agreed in writing before work starts.

Fixed fee · Written scope

What to read carefully

Check the objectives, included work, deliverables, responsibilities and assumptions. Make sure it is clear what is outside the scope and which decisions or inputs are needed from your team.

04

Engagement

Weekly working sessions, a shared workspace and a single point of contact. You see progress as it happens, not in a report at the end.

Weekly cadence · Shared workspace

Keep decisions moving

Use the working sessions to review progress, answer open questions and flag changes in the situation. If a new requirement appears, discuss its effect on the agreed scope rather than allowing expectations to drift.

05

Handover & embed

We leave you with the tools, documentation and confidence to run the change yourself, with an optional 30-day follow-up check-in.

30-day follow-up included

Make the work usable

The handover should make it clear what has changed, where the relevant material lives and who takes responsibility for the next steps. Use the follow-up to discuss questions that arise as the team puts the work into practice.

BEFORE WORK BEGINS

What a useful scope makes clear.

Use these questions to review the proposed engagement. They clarify expectations without assuming every project needs the same outputs.

01

The decision and the boundary

What is the engagement intended to help you decide or change? Which business area is included? What is explicitly outside the work, and which assumptions does the proposal rely on?

02

The output and the responsibilities

What will be delivered, in what format, and who will use it? Who provides information, reviews work and makes decisions? What needs to be available before the next stage can begin?

03

The timing and the handover

What is the proposed sequence? Which dependencies could affect it? How will the final material be explained, and which questions should be carried into the follow-up?

WORKING TOGETHER

Your context is part of the work.

A consultant can help structure the question. Your team supplies the practical knowledge of the business.

Start with existing information

Do not delay an initial discussion because there is no polished data pack. Describe what you have, where it comes from and which parts may be incomplete. Agree any further preparation once the question is clearer.

Include the people close to the process

A leadership view and a day-to-day view can reveal different parts of the same issue. Identify who understands the work, who relies on it and who can approve a change.

Separate a finding from an assumption

Some conclusions will be supported by records, others by interviews or incomplete information. Keep that distinction visible so decisions are not presented with more certainty than the evidence allows.
